I had an excellent experience with All Build inspection service. Vlad was extremely professional, friendly, and approachable from start to finish. He was able to fit me in at very short notice, which I really appreciated.

The inspection itself was incredibly thorough. He used sophisticated equipment to assess the property and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing and why. His knowledge of Australian building standards, regulations, and compliance requirements was outstanding, giving me complete confidence in the inspection.

What impressed me most was that he genuinely went above and beyond. He answered all of my questions patiently, provided clear guidance on the issues he found, and made sure I fully understood what they meant. The final report was detailed, precise, well-organised, and easy to follow, making it an invaluable resource for the property inspection.

I highly recommend this inspector to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and thorough building and pest inspection. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to providing exceptional service truly set him apart. Five stars!

Vlad was very thorough and incredibly helpful. He fit our inspection in last minute before an auction and happily talked us through the very comprehensive report. Thanks so much Vlad.

Vlad did a an inspection on our 30+ year old home. Focus was on any potential damage to framework by termites identified a few years ago to areas not inspected before. Vlad completed a comprehensive check inside and out and whilst his findings alleviated concerns we had, his reporting identified some areas to rectify at our convenience. Vlad’s professionalism and knowledge of building codes etc has left us feeling confident and very satisfied with the service he provided. Highly recommend All Build Inspections.
