Professional, Exceeded Expectations. Would highly recommend. I had a pool that needed to go through counsel approval ad a matter of urgency, 1 week BEFORE settlement of the sale of the property. Back Story; unbeknownst to us the pool had been decommissioned and we had it fixed up and back up to scratch to sell the property. We were advised by the local Counsel 1 WEEK before settlement that the pool needed to go through approvals which required Surveyor/Drafty/Engineer. I contacted ABS and advised them of the urgency on a Thursday afternoon. Tuesday afternoon the following week they had done everything and docs were with the counsel for approval.
