We highlight non-compliances, incomplete works, substandard workmanship, poor attention to detail, finishing element defects, and safety concerns. All building works will be thoroughly checked with any discrepancies in the Victorian Building Authorities Guide to Standards and Tolerances 2015, identified and compiled in a detailed, photographic PDF report.
