Masonry walls are closely examined for defects such as fretting bricks, cracking, damp damage, differential movement, inadequate joint sealant, eroding mortar, blocked vents, and weep hole ventilation. In the interior, all rooms are inspected for building defects to the ceiling, doors, floors, painting, walls, and windows. We carefully check if the floors are level, windows and doors function normally, and look for other signs of movement relating to major structural defects. Our detailed building inspection report compares your property with a building of a similar age and construction type, clearly outlining all variations from the normal condition. We provide photographic evidence for identified defects and offer valuable advice, including estimated costs for necessary repairs.
