A Pre-Purchase swimming pool & barrier inspection report will assist you in determining as to whether the property you intent buying complies with the current regulations. This inspection report will be within the requirements of AS4349.0-2007 and AS1926.1-2012 regulations.
 Pre-Purchase Building Inspection reports will not include an assessment or inspection of the Swimming Pool barrier fencing to identify any major defects and safety hazards.
