Both Building and Pest inspections can be carried out by the same inspector, saving you time and money.
Your inspection is completed to Australian Standards and we are fully licensed with the Queensland Building & Construction Commission (QBCC) – QBCC License No: 1014810. We are also fully insured. All Building and Pest inspections are carried out by Andrew Mackie-Smith, Principal Building Consultant who has twice been awarded Building Consultant of the Year for Brisbane and Queensland by Master Builders.
We inspect all types of buildings including new houses, 150-year-old Queenslanders, fully renovated homes, architectural contemporary homes, one bed units, luxury penthouse apartments, two storey townhouses – we inspect them all. In fact we love the variety!
We also have extensive Commercial Property Inspection experience and can inspect your office, factory, warehouse, shop, boarding house, child care centre, workshop, laboratory or other commercial property.
Our experienced inspectors are equipped with a FLIR i5 Thermal Imaging Camera, Tramex Moisture Meter and Termatrac T3i movement sensor to help us find termites. We also carry a Drone to help us access steep or high roofs (Commercial properties included and residential property by arrangement).

The Pest Inspection service checks the property for subterranean termites, borers and fungal decay in accordance with AS4349.3.
We report on the location and severity of live pests and damage. We also report on conditions conducive to timber pest attack such as inadequate ant caps and poorly ventilated subfloor areas.Get Quote
