Supremely competent inspectors & wonderful front of house support by Celine. Phil and his team are highly sought after for a reason - they are thorough, they are incredibly generous with their time & their reports are worth their weight in gold. The new General Condition 21 in the Contract of Sale of Land in Victoria only allows you to exit the Contract for a major current structural defect if the report was prepared in compliance with AS 4349.1-2007, which is always the case with a report from BuyWise. Don’t look anywhere else - these inspectors are stand outs in their field, and if I ever purchase again, I know who I will trust to ensure I’m buying something with good bones.
