Building Inspection

During Construction
Inspections are prepared for clients who are building new homes or commercial buildings: Carried out at strategic stages of construction. To determine if the work has been carried out properly, in accordance with the Building Code and the agreed documentation. They include the hand over inspection. Inspections can be conducted at the end of the builder's maintenance liability period.
Handover Inspection
Pre-Hand Over inspections to identify defects and incomplete work ahead of practical completion. This enables the builder to carry out incomplete work before your final payment.
