Simultaneously, a fully qualified and self-insured pest inspector completes the timber pest assessment. Both inspectors attend the property at the same time, allowing you to discuss findings on-site or receive a call later that night if you cannot attend. The inspection begins with a thorough exterior assessment, evaluating exterior walls, roof quality, flower beds, driveways, walkways, and the slope of the lot area. Inside, we meticulously scrutinize the condition of floors, ceilings, plastered walls, visual plumbing systems, heating systems, and structural components. The pest inspection utilizes full Thermal Imaging cameras and Termitrac Radar to detect live white ants and assess timber pest damage, which is crucial as termites can cause havoc in timber structures. All findings are documented in an easy-to-understand report complete with photographs of every item, including major and minor defects, as well as moisture test results. Reports are completed and sent to you on the same day as the inspection, ensuring you have the information needed before your unconditional time expires. We operate strictly in accordance with Australian Standard AS.4349.1, with combined inspection prices starting at $605 inclusive of GST for a standard 4x2 home.
