Conducted personally by Jeff Roberts, a registered builder with over 36 years of experience and a gold licence in building, this inspection ensures no stone is left unturned. The process begins with a thorough exterior visual inspection, evaluating the state of the exterior walls, roof quality, flower beds, driveways, walkways, and the slope of the lot area. Following the exterior assessment, we meticulously scrutinize the interior condition of the building. This includes checking the quality of the floors, ceilings, and plastered walls, which are critical to the property's integrity. We also conduct a thorough visual inspection of all equipment and accessories fitted in the building, including plumbing visual systems, heating systems, and other structural components. All findings are compiled into a clear, easy-to-understand report that includes photographs of any major and minor defects, as well as moisture test results. This ensures you can easily comprehend any problems with your proposed home, explaining areas of building terminology that most clients do not understand. Reports are completed and delivered on the same day as the inspection, providing you with prompt and reliable information before your unconditional time expires. We operate strictly in accordance with Australian Standard AS.4349.1, with prices for a standard-size home starting at $385.
