By identifying potential issues early, you can address them proactively and avoid unexpected surprises during the buyer's inspection process. The inspection covers a comprehensive visual assessment of the property's exterior, taking into account the state of the exterior walls, roof quality, flower beds, driveways, walkways, and the slope of the lot area. Inside, we evaluate the condition of floors, ceilings, plastered walls, visual plumbing systems, heating systems, and overall structural components. The findings are documented in a clear, easy-to-read report complete with photographs of any identified major and minor defects, as well as moisture test results. Please note that this service is a building inspection only and does not include a pest inspection. All reports are completed and sent to you on the same day as the inspection, ensuring you have the necessary information promptly. We operate strictly in accordance with Australian Standard AS.4349.1 to guarantee a high-quality, reliable assessment of your home. This service is available for $400 inclusive of GST in the local area.
