Contacted this company to do the independant reveiw all stages of our build. Stephanie from the office provided great support and arranged all our inspections promptly and delt with any minor issues with calm efficency. Steve the inspector was well qualified fir the task being a carpenter and had years of experience in the building industry. He was approachable and answered all our questions with knowledge and expertise and explained things to us if unsure. Always onrime often there early. Cost not too expensive for peace of mind defintly worth checking.out if you are building and need independant advice and inspections. Would use again if and when i build again.

Steven is very professional, easy to talk to, listens to any concerns you may have and provides a very detailed unbiased report. Steven identified far more defects than what our builder brought to our attention. We received our report within a few hours of our inspection bing completed to which was very much appreciated.

CONSPEC completed building inspections at every stage of our new home build and we couldn’t be happier with their attention to detail and excellent communication with us as we were interstate. Stephanie in the office was prompt always in booking in our inspection and Steve picked up build errors that we never would have realised so we are so grateful to have used them during this process. We received the reports so quickly therefore everything was able to be rectified really quickly. We would absolutely recommend them!!!!
