Was having this company service our cafes on the Gold Coast annually until recently. They have quoted one price then invoice another and send invoices when no work had been done? When questioned Bea, regarding these financial mistakes we were told some story about their systems charging the wrong price and it will be fixed. We have been waiting for over four weeks for this to be rectified, they will not answer our calls or emails... We are lodging a complaint with Tweed Valley Council, environmental health and the ATO.. These people are dodgy AF
