We offer two levels of Pre-Purchase Building Inspections to suit your needs: A Basic Structural Inspection and a Comprehensive Structural Inspection. Following the inspection, you will receive a highly detailed, comprehensive report complete with photographic evidence of the property's condition. Reports are usually made available within 24 hours of the inspection completion, accommodating even urgent situations. Our service does not stop at the report delivery. David takes the time to personally run through the findings over the phone, explaining any technicalities in simple layman's terms to ensure your complete understanding. We also provide an estimate of the costs to fix any identified issues and offer guidance on appropriate rectifications.
