Building and Pest inspections are a crucial step in knowing whether or not to pursue a property. The Sydney property market is hard enough without the additional strain of paying for multiple inspections on properties you might not even win! At Dwell Property Inspections, we believe no one should ever have to fly blind. We provide independent inspections of properties currently listed for Auction or Sale. This gives you the opportunity to get a detailed, full insight of the property you’re interested in at a fraction of the price. Different pricing structures are in place for different reports depending on the package selected by the vendor. They may choose to make an initial contribution that will affect the download price and the final fee for the successful purchaser. The report will then be transferred into the name of the successful purchaser so it cant be relied upon for insurance and in a legal sense for your conveyancer. Select the report you are interested in to see the details. Our reports comment on Major Defects, Minor Defects, General Information, Timber Pest Activity and Conditions Conducive to Timber Pest Activity. The Inspectors phone number is on the report and you are free to call to discuss any issues or address any concerns. All the features of a full report at a fraction of the price.
