Different pricing structures are in place for different reports depending on the package selected by the vendor. They may choose to make an initial contribution that will affect the download price and the final fee for the successful purchaser. The report will then be transferred into the name of the successful purchaser so it cant be relied upon for insurance and in a legal sense for your conveyancer.
