Do not use. We used their service about a year ago and after moving into the house we have found so many issues and major defects that were very obvious to someone that knew what they were doing. The inspection was not nearly thorough enough, things as basic as if they turned the shower on, or looked at the shower properly they would have noticed the drainage is higher than the floor so it would instantly flood. Plus many more issues that were more obvious than this.
