Pre-Purchase Building Inspection and Report
Description
A Houspect Pre-Purchase Building Inspection report is a comprehensive and independent document completed in accordance with Australian Standard 4349.1. The report will list all the various building components and external structures and document whether they will require your attention. Any defects will be reported on and any repairs and maintenance suggestions will be noted for your attention. Our qualified inspectors will photograph any notable items and include these in your report so that you can see what issues may exist and make an informed decision as to whether they are problems you are willing to take on. If you have any particular concerns or questions about the property prior to our inspection, please advise us at the time of your booking so we can instruct our building inspector to address these issues specifically during the inspection. All Houspect Building Inspectors are licensed builders with many years’ experience in the industry. Our inspectors will provide professional, independent and unbiased information on the condition of the property to assist you in buying with confidence.
