90 Day Warranty Inspection
Estimated arrival time: 24 to 48 hours
Description
The 90-day building warranty inspection is an independent property evaluation carried out near the end of the initial post-completion maintenance period. This inspection helps new homeowners identify emerging building defects, material shrinkage, or settlement issues before statutory warranty timeframes elapse. Our inspectors conduct a thorough visual survey of the property in accordance with the Home Building Act and relevant Australian standards. We inspect interior and exterior surfaces for plasterboard cracking, door or window misalignment, moisture ingress, leaking fixtures, subfloor moisture issues, and roof covering defects. Following the site visit, a complete defect report with photographic documentation is delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Homeowners can directly present this detailed document to their builder to ensure all valid warranty defects are rectified officially under the builder's defect liability period.
