Just wanted to say that I would NOT recommend Paul Cavallo. Unfortunately he did a report and then ghosted us. Would not answer any phone calls regarding going through the report with us which is very stressful during a cooling off period. Ended up getting another building inspection as his lack of professionalism got us very worried. What a waste of money. Wouldn’t suggest his name to anyone. Also tried to leave a review on his website and surprisingly a bad review could not be posted which seems to be why there are only good reviews on his site.
