With over 30 years of experience, our independent building inspectors have the expertise and knowledge to carry out site inspections with precision and accuracy. As licensed builders, we provide expert, independent, and unbiased information on the condition of the property. To identify potential issues and provide recommendations for remediation, we utilize an extensive range of advanced tools. This includes thermographic cameras and drones to identify heat loss, water damage, or leaking facades; borescopes and drain cameras for hard-to-reach plumbing; moisture meters and hygrometers to detect water damage and potential mold; and ultrasonic cover meters to identify concrete reinforcement issues. We also conduct flood testing of wet areas, spray testing of facades, and can even utilize destructive investigation equipment to uncover defective components. Following the inspection, we provide a detailed report of our findings, including any recommendations for repair or remedial work, ensuring the safety and compliance of your building.
