Testing includes checking for timber pest activity, hollow timber sounds, mud tubes, paint bubbling, and water moisture that attracts termites. Detailed findings are compiled into a digital report accompanied by high-resolution colour photographs. Reports are delivered via email within 24 hours of inspection completion, with options for raw geotagged and timestamped photos on demand.
