I have just had Andrew from Key Property Inspections out today to check out my 100 year old house that has severe cracking problems amongst other things. I was so impressed with his professionalism. Within a few hours of his thorough inspection he had emailed me a very detailed 45 page report on the condition of the house and suggestions to rectify the problems. From the Director, Omar Razlan and Inspector, Andrew Harpas, to Mikayla Falzon who is Front of House, and Inspections Coordinator, it is obvious they all love and take pride in what they do, and know how to do it. Often requiring a building and / or pest inspection for clients during Cooling-off, Key Property Inspections has always made this happen within the 2 buisiness days, and supplied the written and verbal report the same day, where time frames were so tight. All the while charging what would be considered around the average industry cost for these types of inspections. Mikayla truly is a great asset to the Business and worth her weight in gold! She is always very responsive, takes genuine care in the client and really hears me when I am explaining something. She goes above and beyond, especially when calling difficult sales agents and booking the inspection on our behalf so we don't have to deal with that side of things. Andrew has too, been an absolute superstar on the building inspections too. Taking my calls afterwards and answering my questions regarding the inspections after the fact.
