If your barrier is compliant, we issue your Certificate of Pool and Spa Barrier Compliance (Form 23 certificate) on the same day. If your pool barrier does not meet the regulations, we provide a detailed written report listing every issue and the necessary steps required to achieve compliance. Once remediation work is complete, we perform a free follow-up re-inspection at no additional cost. We also offer pool inspections for property sales, giving buyers and sellers peace of mind before settlement. Our service includes expert guidance on compliance requirements and cost-saving solutions to meet the applicable barrier standards. Under Victorian pool safety regulations, pool safety certificates must be renewed every four years. After your initial pool compliance inspection and Form 23 certificate is issued, you must lodge it with your local council within 30 days.
