This company lacks honesty, transparency and integrity, and the owner, Michael Tracey, completely ripped us off. We paid for the most comprehensive "Pre-purchase Building & Pest/Asbestos report" however Michael delivered a report that failed to include photos and annotations of the defects, assessments on what caused the defects, details on what repairs were actually required etc. He completely missed: - the termites in the ceiling - the bulging tiles in the shower - the rats in the ceiling - he didn't check under the house (despite ticking it off on his report) but told us it was too difficult to access Ultimately, we had to pay for another building & pest inspection as this one was inadequate and misleading. We lost $700 and Michael refused to have a phone call with us regarding the questions we had about the report.
