The building inspection report will include what the defect is, where the defect is and what is required to rectify. Photographs of most defects are also included. There is a summary at the front that lists all major defects and all minor defects.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!! They deserve 10 stars! Best building inspector! I called them just two days before the auction, I was super anxious that I couldn't get anyone to do the inspection, and I don't know anything about it. But Peter is really friendly, he nicely and patiently explained to me what should I do, and Doug acted super fast next day and gave us a fantastic, very detailed report. Great job guys!!
