Both local council and registered swimming pool certifiers in Sydney are able to carry out compliance inspections in NSW. Registered in NSW as a registered certifier BDC04544 It is a requirement in NSW that any property offered for sale or lease, which have operating pools or spas, is required to have a pool fence inspection. We carry out Certification work as defined in section 4 of the building development Certifier Act, with our qualified Pool Inspectors. If the Pool barrier is compliant, the pool owners will be issued a certificate under the Swimming Pool Act 1992 Certificate 22D. We carry out pool rectification works up to the value of $1000.00. We will require written evidence of the date the pool was constructed otherwise it will be assessed under AS 1926.1-2012

If constructed in accordance with the guide to standard and tolerances we will prepare an easy to ready, easy to understand report, adding another set of eyes to ensure your project is completed to your expectations. Our low prices provide you with a detailed report giving you peace of mind. Listed below are the stages we recommend an inspection be carried out. You can book an Inspection at any of the stages below as there are no lock in contracts, you can book one inspection or all 7 depending on what you require. Should you require photos to be included with any of the inspections listed below an additional inspection will be added to the corresponding fee.
