Pre Purchase Inspection

Purchasing a home is often a very daunting and stressful experience. We can usually carry out your inspection within 48 hours of your booking, and will have a full report to you within 24 hours of leaving the property, so you can make the best decision for you. All of our building inspections are carried out in compliance with Australian Standards 4349.0 (2007) and 4349.1 (2007), and include a detailed inspection and report.
