PR documents all existing fault damage or impairment to the property and the state of particular facets of the property that are likely to change by demolition, structural work or digging. We follow the standard norm of filing the dilapidation report on the property and its conjunct edifices before, during and at the end of the engineering or construction work. This gives us a clear idea on the effect of the works on the property. We cover both domestic and commercial properties for carrying out building inspection in conformance to AS4349. 1-2007. We do an Ante – work and Post – work dilapidation report detailing the conditions of all forms of structures and landscape for the property in question at reasonable cost.
