As described by another reviewer, we too had an inspection for the sale of our house who used Rod against our requests due to the amount of real estate agents who refused to work with him. I know why now! He advised the buyer there were issues with the house which were NOT substantiated with the original B&P and could not have been accurate without a second specialist opinion. This has caused the buyer to pull out and cause a complete headache with us needing to now organise a specialist to come through and review the "defect" before we can go back to market.
