Pre-Handover Inspection
Description
A Pre-Handover Inspection Report involves a comprehensive check to identify defects or incomplete work in a new build, ensuring the property meets acceptable standards before handover to the owner. Building a new home on the Atherton Tablelands is a significant investment, and this inspection provides the final quality assurance needed before you take possession. Conducted by Greg Kite, a licensed builder with over 45 years of hands-on experience in the building trade, we meticulously assess the construction to ensure it aligns with professional standards. We look for structural issues, major and minor defects, safety concerns, and installation defects or poor construction. The inspection covers the roof exterior, internal roof space, building exterior, interior, and surrounding grounds. Following the assessment, you will receive a detailed, independent report complete with photos and easy-to-read descriptions of any items requiring rectification by the builder. Emailed to you the following day, this unbiased report gives you complete peace of mind that your new home is ready for you to move in.
