Because we have no affiliation with any building, real estate, conveyancer, or pest control companies, we provide completely unbiased advice and will never try to sell you products or services you do not require. Our inspections are carried out for you and only you. When you book with us, you can expect inspections to be carried out within 24 hours of notice. On the same day as the inspection, you will receive a telephone call providing a verbal report, followed by a comprehensive digital building and pest inspection report with photos sent via email. A hard copy of the report is also available upon request. Clients are always welcome to attend the inspection to speak directly with our inspectors, though this is not a requirement.
