Best building report service I’ve ever encountered as a buyer. I received a very detailed report which, as someone with no building experience, left me with a few outstanding questions about next steps post purchase. Emilio was nice enough to spend 15 mins on a call with me explaining some of the defects in more detail, outlining how they could be fixed. I had a shocking experience with this business. I had an urgent request for a report so I could bid on a property and after numerous phone calls and emails they failed to provide me the link to the report in adequate time, resulting in me not being able to participate in the bidding. I will be taking this further as they refuse to accept responsibility or to provide a refund.

The service was overpriced at $4,451.83 for what was quoted as half-day work (4 hours), but it actually took less than an hour. Additionally, the quality of service was poor, as the report consisted of A4 pages with photos of defects
