Sasha was incredibly prompt and fantastic working with REA's to confirm times that worked for all parties and answered all questions I had at any time of time of day. Then onto Alwin, could not ask for a better bloke to inspect a house for you. Having done the house we were selling, and 2 prospect houses, Alwin took the time to answer all of our questions and any concerns with a smile that never felt like you were bothering him.
