Strata Inspection
A Strata report details the financial state of the body corporate, management matters, past known building problems etc. A strata inspection will also report on any major works that may have been planned or if any special levies have been placed on the owners.
Final Handover and Defect Report
Have you had a new home built and require a final inspection building report. Wise Eye inspections specialises in final inspections and defect reports. We are independent and do not represent the interests of any new home builders, councils, architects or real estate agents. Unlike most other inspectors our team have has completed apprenticeships in carpentry, completed their building certificates and are licensed award winning builders. We will inspect your new home like it was ours. Our new home inspections will identify: - Any items which are unfinished (incomplete work) - Building defects which require fixing by builder (defective work) - We list all building work that does not comply with Australian Standards and/or Building Code of Australia - We provide photos of all defects
