Pool & Spa Barrier Inspection

Elite Inspections provides full consulting pool and spa barrier inspection services across Bendigo, Castlemaine, and all of Central Victoria to ensure you meet your legislative responsibilities. With over 12 years of experience in the swimming pool industry, our fully qualified, insured, and Victorian Building Authority (VBA) registered inspectors are dedicated to the safety of children around your swimming pool or spa. We utilize customized paperless auditing software to provide a clear, concise report of your barrier compliance. The comprehensive inspection covers the pool structure, fencing, gates, latches, and surrounding climbable objects to ensure strict adherence to local safety standards and relevant Australian Standards. If your barrier is deemed compliant, we will issue a Certificate of Compliance within 24 hours, which you can then lodge with your local council. If the barrier is non-compliant, you will receive a detailed site report outlining the exact rectification works required to achieve compliance, giving you up to 60 days to resolve the issues. For a limited time, we also offer a free follow-up re-inspection to assess the completed rectification works. We pride ourselves on our customer-first principles, offering free consultation and advice to help you navigate the complexities of council registration and self-assessments. Whether you have an in-ground pool, above-ground pool, indoor pool, or portable spa, our expert team is here to ensure your barrier is safe, compliant, and secure.
