Pre-Handover Inspection

We carry out rigorous pre-handover inspections before you take possession of a newly constructed property, ensuring that your new home is exactly as it should be before you take occupation. This specialized service is absolutely essential for identifying any hidden defects, incomplete work, or substandard finishes before you make your final payment to the builder. Even newly built properties can have concealed issues that may lead to costly repairs or threaten safety if left unaddressed. Our experienced building inspectors systematically assess the property to ensure that all construction is completed to the relevant Australian standards and fully meets your expectations. We meticulously evaluate the building's structural integrity, living areas, roofing, plumbing systems, electrical components, and external site elements. By utilizing a comprehensive post-construction inspection checklist, we prevent you from accepting substandard or potentially dangerous workmanship. Catching these issues early protects your significant financial investment and holds the builder accountable for delivering a high-quality finish. Following the site evaluation, a comprehensive, non-technical digital report is provided within 24 hours, giving you the documented evidence needed to request necessary rectifications and providing you with absolute peace of mind as you prepare to move into your brand-new home.
