The inspection covers key building elements including interior and exterior walls, under-floor spaces, roof spaces, roof exterior subject to safety regulations, garages, carports, sheds, laundries, retaining walls, steps, driveways, and paths. The pest component tests for termites, timber borers, and conditions conducive to pest activity. Clients receive a digital PDF report within 24 hours featuring high-resolution colour photographs and severity gradings for identified defects.
