The inspection covers all accessible areas of the property. Inside, we assess floors, walls, ceilings, windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, and check for damp problems. Outside, we examine exterior walls, timber or steel frames, chimneys, balconies, decks, and suspended concrete floors. We also inspect the roof exterior and interior space (including framing, sarking, and insulation), as well as the sub-floor for supports, ventilation, and drainage.
