Strata Inspection provides detailed Strata Records Inspection reports for properties across the Northern Beaches of Sydney, including locations such as Avalon, Balgowlah, Brookvale, Church Point, Collaroy, Cromer, Curl Curl, Dee Why, Fairlight, Freshwater, Manly, Manly Vale, Mona Vale, Narrabeen, Newport, North Manly, Queenscliff, Seaforth, and Warriewood. Each detailed report is based on a thorough inspection of the strata plan records held by the respective strata manager. Reports are provided in a convenient PDF format and are available for immediate download upon purchase. Once your initial payment (typically ranging from $49.00 to $59.00) is confirmed, you will receive an email from Eway containing your receipt, alongside a separate email from stratainspection@outlook.com providing a direct link to access your report. By downloading the report, you agree to our fee structure: if you (or an associated person) successfully buy the property, you will pay a Successful Buyer Extra Fee (for example, $250.00 or $270.00 depending on the initial report cost). Once this fee is paid, the report will be officially put in your name for indemnity purposes. Importantly, there is absolutely no additional fee if you do not end up buying the property. The successful buyer extra fee is automatically charged to the same credit card used to download the report, but only after confirmation from the real estate agent that the property has exchanged unconditionally.
